Struggling on what to give your teenage daughter for a special occasion? Losing sleep over a gift for your best friend’s birthday? Worry not! Here’s a guide to all the teens hearts, and what they really want for Christmas, Hanukkah, a birthday, or any occasion!

Handmade

  • candy bouquet; made with all her favorite candies and perhaps a few gift cards as well
  • personalized jewelry box; simply start out with a small wooden box, paint it her favorite color, insert some wood sections, and maybe even include some jewelry to start her off with
  • personalized chocolates
  • a deck of cards that have 50 things you love about them; write and decorate one on each card
  • mittens or gloves; there are many DIYs online on making mittens out of old sweaters
  • “…. in-a-jar” this can range from anything from cakes to hot chocolate mix to brownies; also, there’s a “… in-a-basket” series for girls night in, spa day at home, movie night, etc.
  • a jar of memories, lyrics, quotes, moments between you & her

Store-Bought

  • gift cards to her favorite stores, restaurants, nail salons, etc.
  • buy a variety of small things with a theme and give it to her with a pretty presentation
  • a HUGE stuffed animal
  • phone cases or accessories
  • find out her size and buy her clothes or shoes
  • makeup (a girl can never have too much)
  • shoes (a girl can never have too many)
  • fuzzy socks
  • meaningful jewelry; rings, lockets, charms bracelets etc.
  • iPad, iPhone upgrade, Macbook
