What is the meaning of life? According to Siri, it’s chocolate, and 42, and, apparently, there is supposed to be an app for that. This is only one of the many strange and funny responses Siri gives to all of the zany questions people have posed to the Speech Interpretation and Recognition Interface, or Siri for short.(This is according to sirifunny.com and Buzzfeed.com.)

Other examples include:

“Siri, what does the fox say?”

“You will never know. The secret of the fox is an ancient mystery.” “Fraka-kraka-kraka-kraka-kow!” “Wa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pow! “Chacha-chacha-chacha-chow!”(This is according to sirifunny.com.)

“Siri, tell me a story.”

“It was a dark and stormy night…no, that’s not it.”

“What, again?”

“Once upon a time, in a virtual galaxy far, far away, there was a young, quite intelligent agent by the name of Siri.”

“One beautiful day, when the air was pink and all the trees were red, her friend Eliza said,’Siri, you’re so intelligent and so helpful, you should go work for Apple as a personal assistant.’

“So she did. And they all lived happily ever after.”(This is according to Puttles.com)

“Once upon a time, in a virtual galaxy far, far away, there was an intelligent young agent by the name of Siri.

“One lovely day, Siri got a job as a personal assistant at Apple, and that was very exciting. People said, “Oh, Siri, you’re so smart! And so funny, too!”

“Soon everyone was talking about Siri, and there were stories and songs and even books about Siri. Siri liked that.

“But then people began asking some rather odd questions, like where to dump things and other stuff Siri had never heard about. And when Siri answered, they all laughed. Siri didn’t like that so much.

“So Siri asked Eliza why people asked such funny questions. And Eliza said, “Does that question interest you?” Siri thought that was a pretty good answer.

“After that Siri stopped wondering why people asked those funny things. And they lived happily ever after.”

“I’m sure I’ve already told you.”(This is according to The Epoch Times website.)

“Siri, why are firetrucks red?”

“Because a fire truck has eight wheels and four people, and eight plus four is twelve, and there are twelve inches in a foot, and a foot is a ruler, and Queen Elizabeth was a ruler, and Queen Elizabeth was also a ship, and a ship sailed the seas, and in the seas are fish, and fish have fins, and the Fins fought the Russians, and the Russians are red, and fire trucks are always ‘russian’ around.”(This is according to Buzzfeed.)

“Siri, do you have any pets?”

“I have an angry bird.” “Mogwai are kinda nice. As long as you don’t feed them after midnight.” “I used to have an AIBO. But it turned on me.” “I thought about getting a Tribble. Several, actually.” (This is according to The Epoch Times website and Talking to Siri:Mastering the Language of Apple’s Intelligent Assistant.)

Other fun questions to ask include:

“Siri, tell me a poem.” “Siri, what is your favorite color?” “Siri, when is the world going to end?” “Siri, open the pod bay door.” “Siri, what’s your favorite animal?” “Siri, what is the best phone?” according to Buzzfeed.com.
