“Shahd is always positive and always participates fully,” said Mrs. Nason about Shahd Kharouf, an 8th grader in the Concert Choir.
“I wanted to take choir because I thought it would be a great way to learn more about music and I thought it would be a great experience,” said Shahd. Shahd’s favorite part of choir is learning new music and being able to connect with the audience.
Mrs. Nason chose Shahd as choir student of the week because she sings out with good energy and because she knows she does her best to make the choir sound better. “Shahd is kind and helpful to me and to others in the section where she sits,” Mrs. Nason said.
