Developed Insomnia from too much homework
Dear Too Much Homework
Homework should not be taking you that long unless you are involved with outside sports and other activities. If you are not involved with any of that than maybe you are being distracted by something. Try not to be around a computer, cell phone, or TV that may distract you. Do your homework somewhere where you won’t be interrupted by anything. Maybe do your homework at the kitchen table where someone can keep an eye on you and make sure you finish everything. If you still can’t get it done, do it at break or lunch on the day you get it. Doing it the day it is due will stress you out and you may not finish it on time. Doing these simple things should help you and your insomnia should go away.
