Japanese Wrestler Asua Loses 244 Win-streak

Asuka’s undefeated streak has ended to Charlotte Flair via submission on April, 8, 2018, according to ESPN.com

Asuka is a professional woman wrestler from Japan, who wrestles in America, with a promotion called WWE or World Wrestling Entertainment. She was first signed to the promotion’s developmental brand of NXT in August of 2015. There in NXT, Asuka Started her undefeated streak.

In her time with NXT she defeated Bayley for the NXT women’s championship. She would hold this title for 523 days, an NXT record. She voluntarily relinquished the title to move up to the Raw brand, stated WWE.com.

While on the raw roster she won the first ever women’s royal rumble to challenge Charlotte Flair for the women’s championship at Wrestlemania. On April 8, 2018 Asuka was defeated for the first time in WWE via submission, stated express.com.

Asuka’s streak lasted 2 and a half years or 244 wins which is a WWE modern era record, according to WWE.com .
