One year later after the Golden State Warriors’ point guard, Stephen Curry, won the Foot Locker Three-Point Contest, teammate Klay Thompson took home the 2016 Three-Point Contest crown with an unbelievable showing from beyond the arc Saturday, February 13, at the Air Canada Center in Toronto, wrote bleacherreport.com.

In the final round, Thompson finished with 27 points, four more points than Stephen Curry. The title, once again, came down to the two Golden State sharpshooters, stated ESPN.

“We love to shoot against each other,” Thompson stated. “You know, I’ve never been on a team with someone who shoots it better than me, so it’s a privilege to work with him every day. He makes me that much better.”

“The way that he finished off that second round was amazing,” Curry explained. “Trust me, the pressure of knowing what number he had to hit and making five out of five was fun to watch.”

Houston’s James Harden, Los Angeles Clippers’ J.J. Redick, Milwaukee’s Khris Middleton, Portland’s C.J. McCollum, and Toronto’s Kyle Lowry were eliminated in the previous round. Thompson explained that he will donate his prize money to the Good Tidings Foundation and KIPP (Knowledge Is Power Program), according to usatoday.com.
