The world’s largest glass blown castle, the Arribas Fantasy Castle, was presented at the Shanghai Museum by the Arribas Brothers, Sunday, May 15, 2016.
The castle’s approximate size is 40 inches tall, 30 inches wide, and 30 inches deep. Miguel Arribas, master artisan, spent three months making this specific castle for the Shanghai Museum’s fifth anniversary. The castle was presented as a gift, but the real value of it would be $70,000, mentioned globaltimes.cn.
“It was a great honor to make the presentation and donate the “Arribas Fantasy Castle”to the famous Crystal and Glass Museum in the beautiful city of Shanghai. I was very proud to see so many people enjoying and admiring the Castle,” according to Manuel Arribas, Co-founder of Arribas Brothers, in an interview with the Matador Messenger.
