Emily’s Famous Marshmallows
Not only are these treats fun and easy to make, they are also delicious!
1 cup of confectioners’ sugar for dusting
2 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon of light corn syrup
1 ¼ cups water divided
4 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dust a 9×9 square dish with the confectioners’ sugar
In a small saucepan over medium-heat, stir together white sugar, corn syrup, and ¾ water. Heat to 250-265 degrees F (121 and 129 degrees C), or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a rigid ball.
While syrup is heating, place remaining water in a metal bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Place bowl over simmering water until gelatin has dissolved completely. Keep in warm place until syrup has come to temperature. Remove syrup from heat and whisk gelatin mixture with the hot syrup. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites to soft peaks. Continue to beat, pouring syrup mixture into egg whites in a thin stream until the egg whites are stiff. Stir in the vanilla. Spread evenly in prepared pan and let rest 8 hours or overnight before cutting.

Spring Confetti Bars
This colorful confectionery is a wonderfully colorful delicious snack.
½ cup of butter at room temperature
½ cup of white sugar
¼ cup and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 egg at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cup of flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cup white chocolate chip
3 cups of mini marshmallows
¾ cubs spring m&ms
3 tablespoons sprinkles (Spring color works best).
Non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
Mix butter with white and brown sugar in a medium size bowl using a stand mixer or hand beater until cream and fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla until incorporated. This will be your wet mix.
In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cornstarch, this will be your dry mix.
Add the wet mix to the dry mix and mix until combined
Using a spoon stir in one cup of white chocolate chips. Spray your 9×13 pan with non-stick cooking spray and lightly press cookie dough into the pan.
Bake for 10-13 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned
Remove and immediately cover with m&ms and mini marshmallows and put back into the oven for 1-2 minutes or until the marshmallows are puffy
Remove and sprinkle the top of the bars with the sprinkles and and white chocolate chips
Let them cool completely and a cut it with a wet knife.

These delicious and chocolatey goods are perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth.
(11 ½ ounces) Package of Hershey’s chocolate chips
(16 count) Package of marshmallow peeps
14 ½ Package of Honey Maid Graham Crackers
Take apart all peeps and break graham crackers into 48 fourths.
Place graham crackers onto lined with wax paper
Place ¾ pkg. of chocolate chips into a bowl and melt according to instructions on package.
Dip the bottom of each peep into melted chocolate and place on top of a graham cracker. Continue to do this until all peeps are used.
Put the cookie sheet of peeps into the refrigerator for 15 minutes so the chocolate can cool and hardin.
Melt the rest of the chocolate chips and put them into a plastic zipping bag.
Cut a tiny piece of the corner of the bag off to let chocolate drizzle.
Carefully squeeze the bag to drizzle melted chocolate onto each individual s’more.
Place them in the refrigerator agin to let cool.
Peep s’more can be heated up for 8-10 seconds, or eaten at room temperature. Enjoy!

Thick colored ribbon
Flowers( real or artificial)
Paint the outside of your jar.
Wait until the paint is completely dry
Tie the ribbon around the center of the jar
Put your flowers into the top of the jar. If they are real flowers put water in the jar first.

This adorable craft is an easy and fun craft for all ages
You will need:
Large pom poms
Clear rubber bands
Fill your sock with a cup of rice (May vary depending on the size of the sock) Tie clear rubber bands around the sock, to form the head.
Cut a piece of felt that will be the bunny’s belly. Glue onto the sock using tacky glue or hot glue.
Glue on the eyes, pom pom for tail, teeth (Piece of felt cut out to resemble teeth), and a nose (A rounded piece of felt). Tie a bowtie around the neck.
Cut the top of the sock to make ears. Snip off the edges to make it slightly rounded

Easter Egg Mason Jars
These easter egg mason jars can be used in a variety of ways and is perfect for the amateur crafter.
Round foam brush
Start with painting your mason jars with the acrylic paint
Let it dry completely and then paint another coat
Once dry dip the round foam brush into another color of paint and apply it to random spots over your jar
If you would like a more complex pattern use multiple size foam brushes with different colors
