“Broken Dolls and Pets”, “Kermit the Frog”, and “Fork in the Road” were just some of the original student costumes as winners during BYMS’ annual “Halloween Costume Competition” sponsored by BYMS leadership, and held during break and both first and second lunches on October 31st in the campus quad.

Break contest winners are “Broken Dolls and Pets”, “Kermit the Frog”, and “Mario Kart”. First lunch winners are “Howler”, “Stitch”, and “Holdsman”. Second lunch winners are “Day in the Dead Skull”, “Time Bunny”, and “Fork in the Road”.

“I think it is fun for all of us and I believe we should still have some fun in school. Also, some students are very creative with their costumes and that gives them an opportunity to show off some of their talents,” added Mr. Marshall, Assistant Principal at BYMS, why he valued having students participate in the annual school event.

“There were a lot of cool costumes, but Zach Currier dressed as Mr. Roach. That was awesome!” Mr. Marshall stated.
