“The Beatles are the foundation of everything we do,” Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl said. The Beatles hit the world by storm in the 1960s and inherited the name, Beatlemania. Fifty years later- February 9th, 2014- the 50thanniversary had a two hour program to honor the British Invasion. The special show titled, The Night that Changed America: A Grammy Salute to the Beatles will honor the Beatles for their 50 years.

Television channels including CBS and CNN are aired a tribute to the Beatles on the 50th anniversary. CBS is teaming with Capitol Records, the Beatles’ label to re-release the band’s 13 U.S. albums.
