Cakewalk, a bakery and supply store that caters to the home cook, has recently expanded into Orange County by adding a new store. This is adding to the fifth Cake Walk store other than Redlands, Murrieta, Upland, and Riverside.

The Cakewalk store sells cake mixes, frosting, disco dust, fondant, made-to-order cookie cutters, cake pop straws and their own fresh-baked confections.

A customer stated “I needed to buy a wedding cake but I went to Cakewalk instead and it only cost $40,” stated pe.com.

In an interview with the Matador Messenger,  the store leader Val stated, “Our shop  in Orange County has had over 1,000 people come into the store per day since we have opened.” She also stated, “If you want to be a baker just grab tools and practice and you could achieve anything.”

We also interviewed the Cake Walk in Upland. The store manager, Alexandria, stated that “We have over 100 people come in per day.”

The average number of customers per day in Orange has already exceeded that of the other stores that have been opened.

So the Cakewalk in Orange County has already beat the Cake Walk in Upland by 900 people since they have opened.
